I love these simple guided meditations by Diane Watson of UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC). A great staple of mindful meditations that I use: http://marc.ucla.edu/mindful-meditations

Every Thursday at 12:30pm, MARC holds a free, drop-in, 30-minute guided meditation session at UCLA's Hammer Museum. Each week has a different theme and usually includes introductory comments, guided meditation, silent practice time, and closing comments. Here is a link to all the archived podcasts---great for listening and practicing at home: http://marc.ucla.edu/meditation-at-the-hammer

If you like apps, I recommend Insight Timer, https://insighttimer.com Once you’ve downloaded the app, scroll to the guided mediations section at the bottom. It has thousands of free guided meditations grouped by category such as sleep, anxiety, happiness, mindfulness, creativity, etc. Once you find a teacher you like, you can search all their meditations as well.
